The Placement Department within Industrial Linkages Office (ILO) builds relationships with HR officials in related industries by visiting their organizations, understanding their exact needs, presenting credentials of students based on their requirements, and arranging interviews at the institutes or other venues.
The department broadens employment opportunities by partnering with local/international recruitment and staffing agencies. These collaborations enable us to match graduates with a wider range of roles across multiple industries and facilitate negotiation of terms and condition, if possible, making it favorable to them.
We enhance student placement outcomes by actively organizing in job fairs, skill expos, and career exhibitions at each institute. This helps us develop close relationships with, and present student capabilities to: employer federations and platforms like Trade Association and Chamber of Commerce in Karachi and other industrial cities.
